Gaurav Kathuria
Digital transformation consultant and project manager
I deliver complex technology projects, from application deployments to large infrastructure programmes, and build things that solve real problems: AI and ERP for businesses, and a free platform helping rescue cats find homes.
About me
I’m a digital transformation consultant and project manager based in Margate, Kent. I lead complex technology projects, from application deployments to infrastructure-led implementations, within large, secure public sector programmes.
My background spans IT service management, business process improvement and system implementation. Working across software, higher education and international consultancy has taught me that technology only succeeds when the processes and people around it change too.
I also help UK businesses put AI and ERP to work through IMTS Global and Hospitality Simplified, and I built Fluffs-R-Us, a free cat adoption and care platform that helps rescue cats across the UK find new homes and helps owners give them the best life.
